PATRICIA STAMPS

  

TRISHA MORRIS
  Master Cake Decorator- Patricia has studied under Colette Peters and Nicholas Lodge of the Food Networks Food Challenge both as judges and contestants. Colette and Nicholas have Bakeries and Schools in New York City and Atlanta.  Patricia just returned from the World Pastry Championship in Nashville were she observed Chefs from all over the world compete in pastries and chocolate sculpture. Patricia also won First Place at this years Mid-South Fair competition in the Professional Division of Cake Decorating.  Patricia has lived in the Memphis area all her life and has been in the catering and bakery industry for over 30 years.   Master Cake Decorator and Event Planner- Trisha is also a student of Colette Peters and Nicholas Lodges, successfully completing Colette Peters Wedding Cake Decorating School and Nicholas Lodge's studies in Gum Paste Flowers and Cake Decorating.  Trisha has a background in business after owning her own company before joining the family venture. Trisha completed the trip to Nashville to be a part of the World Pastry Championship and completed several courses.  Trisha has been chosen to be a chef assistant at next years Pastry Championship located in Phoenix Arizona. Trisha won 2 First Place awards at this years Mid-South Fair  in the Wedding Cake and Birthday Cake Divisions.  Trisha has been instrumental in starting  the Custom Birthday Parties at Anne's Bakery & Cafe' and has planned many different Birthdays that have been a huge success.  Trisha won First Place at The Taste of the Town in Collierville for Best Decorated Venue with her custom made TIKI HUT theme.  

  MICHAEL MORRIS   RICHARD McCLAIN  
 

Cafe' Manager - Michael has been in the Food Industry for 15 years and has successfully completed many courses in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry.  Michael started his interest in the Food Industry in High School by being the manager of the Cafe' located in his school.   Michael also was the manager of Daylight Donuts and the Master Pastry Chef there. Michael has a very creative flair and is the Culinary talent behind Anne's Bakery & Cafe's exquisite Fruit and Vegetable Displays, including his working fountain made entirely out of Fruit.

  

Richard is the Captain of Fondant (since the Ace  position is already taken) Richard is the creator of the Famous Golf Ball cake that is located in our lobby. Richard is a self taught cake decorator with a natural talent for being creative and able to perform magical abilities with cake sculpting and fondant. Richard is instrumental in making Anne's Bakery & Cafe' run with his ability to custom make sandwiches, sculpt fun shaped cakes and create some awesome decorations for our events. Richard was a big part of the success Anne's Bakery & Cafe'  had at The Taste of the Town in Collierville wining First Place in Best Decorated Venue that was voted on by over 400 participants.

  

  DANNY STAMPS      
 

Danny is the Brains behind all of our Business Office and Marketing Strategy. Danny is a retired Captain of the Memphis Police Department after 30 years. Danny tends to take a backseat to the attention the rest of the staff loves to accept. Without Danny to keep all of these creative talents and minds that go in so many different ways pulled together we could not make it.  Danny also prints all of our pictures and makes all of our albums.  Danny also does the laundry for the Bakery.  YEAH!!!!!!

      
 
Now to pull this all together, are your ready?  Patricia is married to Danny, Michael is Patricia's son. Richard is Patricia's nephew, Danny is Michaels step-father, Trisha is Patricia's daughter, Richard is Michael and Trisha's cousin but call him Uncle Eddie.  Richard's mother was Patricia's sister and Michael and Trisha's aunt. Richard (Eddie) and Patricia call each other brother and sister but in reality are Aunt and Nephew. Danny is Richards step Uncle.
